Duties include participating in project teams, including for early discovery, pre-clinical and development projects; implementing intellectual property strategy; preparing and prosecuting patent applications; managing outside counsel; conducting patent validity, patent infringement and freedom to operate analysis; evaluating risks and providing strategic advice and assisting in due diligence regarding potential technology acquisitions; reviewing publications, presentations, posters and other external communications, and drafting, reviewing, negotiating and interpreting technology related agreements, including license agreements, research agreements and material transfer agreements; working within GXP Compliance standards environment; maintaining knowledge of GXP; and may perform other duties as necessary or assigned. The candidate must have a J.D. degree and preferably an advanced scientific degree, such as M.S. or Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology or microbiology. Must be registered with the USPTO. New York - Compliance Officer

Kansas - Contract Controls Manager

The candidate should have a B.A., B.S., M.S., or J.D. degree. Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
